Starting in February 2017, Mason Pediatrics began requiring full and complete CDC recommended vaccinations, including annual influenza vaccine and the HPV vaccine. Our goal is to have 100% vaccination in our office!
We want to keep our families safe. We require masking for children 3 years and older, and their accompanying family members, when experiencing respiratory symptoms. We have both adult and pediatric masks available for use.
Have you ever gotten sick hanging out in a waiting-room? Our goal is to minimize risk to our families, which is why we have a limited waiting-room policy in place. We will try to get each family into a patient room as quickly as possible.
We want to maximize the time you spend with your provider. The staff at Mason Pediatrics ask that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time for the check-in process, paperwork, history, and vitals.
We love seeing our patients and caring for their needs. No showed appointments create a gap where a sick or injured child could have been seen, while the child scheduled doesn't get the care they deserve - therefore we have a no-show policy in place. No Showed visits will incur a fee of $50.00; multiple instances can result in discharge from the practice.
We understand - emergencies happen, However, we appreciate 24 hours notice prior to cancelling a patient's appointment in order to fill our schedule. Multiple late cancelled visits can result in discharge from the practice.
